It does contain some MSG, so that might be making your mouth water. But it could also be:
o-Tertiary butylhydroquinone, may cause nausea, ringing in the ears, vomiting, and a sense of suffocation in some users.
o-ammonium sulfate, most commonly used as a fertilizer for alkaline soils.
o-Azodicarbonamide (ADA), used as a whitening agent in cereal flour and as a dough conditioner in bread baking, and yes, ADA has been show to break down during baking to form the carcinogen SEM and it has been banned by the European Union for some uses, but the cancers were only in female rats in a study where they were exposed to really super extra high doses, and the European Union is bunch of commies, and are you gonna listen to them?
o-propyl gallate, used as an adhesive and lubricant, but also in foods, and is also an estrogen antagonist, so it is an anti-soy product, and that's gotta be good.
o-butylated hroxyanisole (BHA), used in all kinds of foods, and also stabilizes the wax coating of food packaging, considered safe if it does not exceed 0.02% by weight of the food's total fat or oil content, but beyond that, BHA is "reasonably anticipated to be a human carcinogen" -- but only anticipated, not proven! It is also an anti-oxidant, and everyone raves about those. Fun Fact about BHA: though there are 46 identifiable suppliers around the world of BHA, no global producers have been identified. Weird, huh? It just sort of comes out of nowhere!

long answer short ... who knows, eh? whaddya gonna do.
