Living in Louisville, I have a ridiculously large amounts of bourbon to choose from, but I consistently go for Very Old Barton. It's such a well-balanced bourbon for its price.

Yes, there are objectively better ones, but those are usually several times more expensive than VOB. This is a great bourbon for the everyman.
