Turkey, stuffing, brussel sprouts, pumpkin pie. That should be enough

Yesterday there was a great /pol/ thread about foods which help protect against CoVid:
https://archive.4plebs.org/pol/thread/339243680/#339243680

Let's suggest or create "4chan-approved prophylactic coof recipes". The ingredients at first glance lend themselves to salads, but 4chan frens love soups so if we could find/come up with a good soup... e.g. combine the love of soup and hatred of the vaxx to come up with a wholesome, delicious meal that will encourage bros to cook for themselves and eat healthy even if the coof is a lie.

Some ingredients:
Olive oil
Kale
Avocado
capers (most concentrated source!)
red onion (highest vegetable source!)
shallots
red apples
grapes
berries
cherries
scallions
tomatoes (organically grown tomatoes have up to 79% more than conventional fruit)
broccoli
Brussels sprouts
cabbage
citrus fruits
bell peppers (green and yellow)
nuts (almonds and pistachios)
asparagus (cooked has slightly more)
buckwheat

[ERROR]

Okay so I have a few from my sad times as a broke drunk.
> diet coke and McCormick vodka.
I would take a stein, fill it with vodka until it was at the bottom of the handle and fill the stein to the line with diet coke. It oddly tasted like vanilla coke but only if it was McCormick vodka. Haven't tried it in a bit but might one weekend.
> gordons gin, unflavored seltzer water and lime / lemon concentrate.
Cheating a bit here but that was another that would get me there on the cheap. Now you can more or less just buy this but it would for sure cost more.
> vodka and a jug of diet Arizona iced tea.
You can reliably get 1/4 of the total volume of the jug replaced with vodka before you could really taste it. Keep the excess iced tea in a cup in case you need to cut it down.

Anything less than talking for 45 minutes in front of cold food and miserable children doesn't qualify as a culture.

>what meme is there to fall for?
That its some hard skill to gain, that you have to work under a professional chef for 10 years to be recognized. Its cutting raw fish and rolling it. Its good food and love it, but it isnt some crazy out of this world skill they make it out to be.
