1zpresso's got reach. They've established themselves on the higher end and wanted to target a cheaper market. Kingrinders started as the budget 1zpresso RK they launched outside of china. The thai market didn't bite and wanted the "premium" end of the line so they spun off the brand. Now that they've had solid sales for a while, they decide to expand and knock off the option o remi in plastic with the new P line. P0/P1 are the conventional/contemporary burr, P3 is the q2 burr and 1zpresso still keeps the more "premium" plastic option in the q-air.

>how similar would the burrs be quality wise?
Kingrinder and 1zpresso are v e r y close as companies. Kin was started by 1zpresso employees and probably still comes out of the same factory, just either second quality on the burrs or they don't go through a extra polishing or something that would drive up the cost. Little cheaper all around.
>similar quality to the 1zpresso q2
I'd imagine that new P2 is nearly fucking identical to the new plastic 1zpresso Q air.
