Or, rather, they were so understaffed I had to fill in the role of line-cook (which was highly illegal since I didn't have my food health and safety certificate) and they kept putting me on line-cook work because I did better than the other dipshits who sent out ugly food. I wish I never left my sink.

My problem with this shit is it's all IPA. IPA is fucking disgusting so, well you know how crabs will make a little mound out of sand and pebbles and seashells and other beach detritus? The IPA craft beer craze is like that with every brand trying to put out its own little mound decorated with vibrant colours and other enticing things, except instead of sand the mound's foundation is actually a pile of shit.

Fuck IPA. The India really fits in the name considering it takes like the ganges.
