Side note: these lever machines are confusingly designed. The group chamber holds a very small amount of water, and this often leads to either a long preinfusion phase to allow the water to be absorbed by the coffee making room for more water to be drawn in, or the user must jiggle the lever a bit to push some water into the coffee and draw more in. Either way, it could be easily remedied by allowing for 20g or so more water to be drawn into the chamber.
