That's from a truck, I do agree corn is more authentic but you'll find at trucks that some of them will make handmade flour tortillas from scratch but all trucks will use the premade corn tortillas. This truck makes retarded good flour tortillas so I always get them at this location.

Those are some neat flour tortillas that come uncooked, so you pop em in a pan for a minute and they taste freshly made.
