I've been a vegetarian for over a decade now (vegan for most of it) and I'm having a lot of trouble digesting most vegetarian protein. I was thinking of maybe eating fish at some point, but how am I meant to make it palatable after so much time? The idea is repulsive and even when I did eat meat I hated fish, but it's the only kind of meat I'd feel okay eating. Are there any former vegetarians here who can offer advice, or anyone in general who knows how to disguise the taste of something you hate or grow accustomed to it?
