I can't sleep properly for at least a week after coming off. The worst part is the "nightmares" basically when it's like 4 AM and you're tired as fuck and feel like you should pass out and you try to close your eyes and you're in that Limbo between being asleep and awake and start seeing creepy shit that would put any horror movie to shame, and it's not like a dream but like you're seeing that shit projected on your closed eyelids in black and white. For me that is the worst fucking thing of coming down, it's been so bad that I honestly have to turn on the light because I'm seriously frightened of the shit I see, like some sick people staring at oyu through your eyelids and other shit.
