That I've been to? Louisiana. Legit authentic Cajun is the greatest fucking thing I have ever eaten in my life. It's a real shame it's so hard to find anywhere else because it is an actual art to make. There is no such thing as "good Cajun".. its always either fucking amazing, or it's just absolute garbage. Probably why its not more popular because it's so hard to make and too many people have had crappy Cajun so there isn't a demand for it.
Thank fucking god I have an uncle who lives there and I get to have amazing Crawfish Étouffée stocked up in my freezer.

I would imagine that California would also be good just because you could find real Asian cuisine a lot easier?
