>duck curry
Funny enough, I'm the one who posted the duck tendies, roasted duck, and the quiche. But I've also done duck curry lol

They were very good, I had them with Kikkoman plum sauce for dipping and fried the shallots, green beans and hen of the wood in the leftover fat. I also did a duck breast Japanese curry that was tasty as fuck. And cats are hilarious, my buddys cat would go nuts whenever she even smelled salami

Basically what I do too. I just use it as a general thing to lump a bunch of ingredients and seasonings into to serve over some rice, so far no combo I've used to make was bad. I just get sick of the taste of the curry after a few days if I end up making too big of a pot. Picrel is the last one I made with spicy honey marinated duck that I pan fried and added to the sloppa after, also added sauteed jalapeno, fingerling potatoes, shallots, parsnips, shiitake and hen of the wood mushrooms

Making curry tonight. I'll be using duck legs, parsnip, fingerling potato, shallots, jalapeno, shiitake and hen of the wood. I prefer using the S&P Curry blocks and adding all the regular curry spices for extra flavor.
