We Czechs eat breaded blocks of cheese, mostly various kinds of eidam or niva, which is a Roquefort knockoff.

We eat that mostly with vegetables and mayo, and you can also put ham in there if you´re feeling fancy It´s the most uniquely Czech thing I can think of, because not even our bros Slovaks eat it, and the rest of our typical foods were imported from neghborinf countries. Knödel dumplings are German, Schnitzel is Italian or Austrian and langosz are Hungarian.
