>start dirty bulking
>buy two pizzas and a qt of milk sometimes after gym eat junk-food all the time (box of FAMILY sized tendies)
>eat all in one meal easilly
>realize that after doing this for a few months I am getting fat and cloudy
>fuching go from 120-207 in 1 in a half years
>try to cut......
>always hungry due to stomach lining being stretched from competitive eating training
>lose shit ton of muscle after cut fucken Typhus mode

I did this a few years back and have found a way of eating that works tho. I just eat one huge meal a day and stay paleo with no sugar. Made all muscle gains back w/o fat coming back. Don't ever dirty bulk.
