Anyone else follow this Ayurvedic stuff? It's uncanny how correct it is.

Satvic foods are supposed to be "calm and light" - milk, fruits, most lentils, rice

Rajasic foods are "energy giving" - garlic, onion, sour/savory spices, chicken/fish, certain lentils (especially red lentils). any high "umami" food like soysauce/oyster mushroom/msg/miso/woostshire/tomato

Tamasic foods are supposed to be heavy and should be eaten in moderation or not at all, depending on which source you're asking - beef, most beans, dense cheeses, whole wheat, brown rice

21% for Asians
17% for Europeans
14% for Africans

7% for Indians
4% for Hispanics
3% for Middle Eastern people

Study was done in Canada.
Notice how there is a huge dropoff after African. This is because the last 3 groups traditionally use cilantro, and have been exposed to it for so long, that even the genetic haters among them consider it as normal.

My guess is, roughly 20% of every racial group dislikes cilantro. But if expose from an early age, this dislike can be turned into indifference.

Same pattern probably holds for other shit like rotten cheeses/meat/fish.
