Yeah I haven't been doing many loaves at all, probably 5-6 in total.

I wanted to see what happened if you baked it flat in a pan.

How deep did you make the cut for that loaf? I'm trying to stay at 5mm.

Bread thread.

So I let the dough rest for 30min ish, split them, shaped them, rest for another 30min.

Was I supposed to knead each piece of dough before letting them have the final rest?

I'm guessing this is what happens if you don't.
