Just got some leg of lamb, give me some good recipes. I was thinking of marinating in some lemon oil, then roasting it with garlic, thyme, small red potatoes and shallots.

Also I can't believe it but the grocery store actually had marmite (American). I was excited to finally try some, it's pretty good. What do you britbongs do with it other than put it on toast?
