Hey /ck/ what are your favorite poutine toppings?

Making it for the apartment tomorrow and am making it deluxe with melted ricolette in place of curds.

Quebec - Canada : Poutine, a simple dish of fries topped with cheese curds and covered in gravy. There are dozens of versions, some insanely good, some too wierd, but its a classic.

ITT we post food we think is overrated, and why. I'll start with pic-related.

Poutine is not bad food - especially if it's made right - but I will never get why a country with Canada's natural larder chooses to focus on a dish that is, aside from one ingredient, identical to British fast food.
