If you listen to the liberals on here, that is basically impossible, as they have some vast historical buildup of oppression that makes them dysfunctional.

Now if that was really true, why would we care about them? Why would we want to pay for them or deal with it in anyway? None of these blacks want to go back to Africa, even though Liberia was set aside for them.
