Not bad for an everyday sauce, but tapatio does that job better. For me, I'm all about Marie Sharp, much hotter and amazing flavor.

This right here. I use a dry rub before baking (must include cayenne and some baking powder, use imagination for the rest), then toss in a mixture of butter and hot sauce. Always serve with blue cheese dip. My family will summon free from another state just to make wings for them.
