The cooking method is exactly how I would cook a regular burger, in a seasoned pan with a drop of oil on the bottom

Initially I notice it's not sticky the way meat is. And has a very spongy texture, but we can see how cooking changes that

Over time it did crisp up nicely on each side and took on that crust more easily than beef does

Checking temp was challenging by touch because even though it fully cooked and firming up some, it remained incredibly soft
