Do you guys make weekly meal plans? I do, and here is mine.

>Mon: Chicken Curry with Rice and Peas
>Tue: Grilled Pork Chops with Baked Potato and Steamed Broccoli
>Wed: Schnitzel with Baked Potato and Cob Corn
>Thu: Chicken Drumsticks with Rice and Sauteed Bell Pepper, Mushroom, Onion
>Fri: Stir-Fry
>Sat: Open, might grill a steak or order a pizza, whatever, it depends on my mood that day

Anyone got some good one-pot pasta recipes? I tried one last night, was edible but I won't be making it again. Everything must go in the same pot, I hate having to cook the pasta separately

Why are Italians so autistic about their cuisine? I don't think any other culture is like this. Take Indians for example, they would never criticize another person's curry recipe because they feel that such things are up for interpretation. But when I toss a bit of shredded chicken and shredded carrot into my tomato sauce it seems like the entire Italian peninsula erupts into a fit of autistic screeching.

Frens I want you to help me improve my ragu. Right now here is what I do:

>4 or 5 chicken thighs, boiled and shredded, bones discarded
>2 shredded carrots
>1 diced red bell pepper
>1 stalk celery diced
>1 26oz can crushed tomato
>5 cloves garlic
>1 tsp thyme
>1 tsp basel
>1 tsp cumin
>1 tsp crushed hot chilis
>salt/peppe

I add some chicken broth to thin out the crushed tomato, but I think maybe I should be adding tomato paste and wine instead. Any suggestions would be welcomed and appreciated.
