I've got some undercooked and somewhat tough pork roast that my mom made. I kind of want to make pulled pork with it, but it's still fairly tough and I can't pull it properly. Is there any way I can salvage it? Picture not really related.

Hey /ck/ I've got some pork shoulder sitting in some freshly mashed garlic. I'm going to make banh mi. I have my own recipe but want to try something new. Anyone else out there make grilled pork banh mi?

p.s. fuck this image, it's about 90% right but I don't need pate nor should the pork be minced.
