How prevent? I'm scrambling eggs with finely grated cheese, cooking low for 5-8 minutes in 1/2 tbsp of butter. Skillet is a cheap nonstick from Walmart. I always get the sticky icky, which is very annoying and makes me not want to eat eggs even though they're a favorite of mine.
