It'll be delicious if it's not sulfured. That's a good distillery and they make good sherrybombs. It probably won't be sulfured. However, with sherry cask whiskies you always run a slight risk of getting one aged in a barrel sterilized with a sulfur candle, which makes it smell and taste like rotten eggs. Also, Monkey Shoulder is not a bourbon and I would not recommend it as it is rather bland and flavorless.
