Gf is thinking about being vegetarian, she's actually not fucked about meat until it comes to chicken.

She loves the fuck out of chicken, done some research and found something called "seitan". This is all fucking new to me, so I need some help.

How Do I prepare it properly?
How do I season it since it's flat flavorless apparently.

How the fuck do I cook like this? what can I use to make something "chicken like"
