that's crema anon. it's the brazil minas gerais decof pulling a 1:10 ratio in 30s.
yesterday i tried the washed floral ethiopian as a crema and it lost it's floral aromas and boosted it's funky aromas. it performed much much better french pressed.

notwithstanding the video his crema is not the best.
