Agree, Mexican food if fabulous. How else can you utilize the same ingredients so creatively in so many different dishes, only Italian cuisine comes close.

What are the least impressive cuisines globally? I'm aware Mexican is extremely low tier, but what else? The only Chinese food I've tried is American Chinese so I'm not very familiar but I hear bad things about real Chinese food.
