So I actually grabbed a bag of this since the roaster is local. I can definitely taste a stark difference compared to my previous coffee beans described as "milk chocolate, raisin, floral".
Whether I can taste the notes of strawberry and apricot, I'm not so sure. Might have to adjust my brew method a little to tease out the taste and feel.
