Not a single person here grills chicken quarters?
all my mexican friends got me into it.
perfect amount of food. enough variety in how to season it. dont need a lot to prepare and can just use a little salt and its still good.
chicken quarters with rice and beans.
it takes no time to make.
you dont have to keep an eye on shit since its fucking chicken. real low maintenance grill food. you can just get some adobada seasoning or you can go all out and olive oil and lemon and garlic salt.
broccoli or asparagus for the greens.
then again hot sauce goes over the entire plate for me. chicken quarters, yellow rice, pinto's or kidney beans, and something green you can grill.
last time I fucked up with the mai ploi garlic chili sauce as the marinade and kinda ruined the meal.
oh and chicken quarters are cheap. always made me wonder why you dont see just whole turkey legs at a grocery store ever? why aren't those a thing?
