You all might think this is gross. I'm doing keto, but I've been making a bomb ass fucking spicy chicken soup/chili.

Basic gestalt:

>1.5 rotisserie chickens, all meat removed and thrown in pot
>7-8 serrano peppers sliced
>4 jalapenos sliced
>1 pasilla pepper sliced
>1/2 large onion diced
>1 red pepper, sliced
>1 large tomato, diced
>1 jar of salsa verde
>1/2 box of chicken stock
>a shit and a fuck ton of kale
>cumin and chili powder to taste

Throw all in a pot, bring to boil, cover and simmer for 90 minutes

fucking bomb. Makes enough to eat all week. High in protein, low carb.
