Just make it into food. What I did tonight.

-Mince
-Kidney Beans
-Onion
-Garlic
-Baby Spanish
-Bean sprouts
-Whatever else vegetables you can add
-Wholemeal pasta.

Mince can do anything you want baby. Or make dumplings with mince, chopped up cabbage, bean sprouts, vegs, use those asian taco thingys. Egg it. Steam, fry it whatever cunt I'm getting drunk.

Some anon was talking about some weird Austrian pancake shit on another thread and I had a flashback of eating the most fucking delicious food when I was in Austria almost 10 years ago. I was wondering if anyone could figure out what some of the things I ate could be so that I can scout the internet for recipes.

Bear with me, it was a very long time ago.

1. Some kind of dumpling thing with whole plums inside them. They were about 2" in diameter, maybe. The person who cooked them didn't speak English and I didn't speak German well enough to ask what the fuck she was doing, but she opened them in the middle and inspected them thoroughly before serving them to me.

2. A sort of cold mashed potato thing with finely chopped onion or perhaps shallot?

3. Another sweet dumpling thing, largeish. About fist sized. Looked like raw bread dough.

There was more stuff but I can't think of any right now. If there are any Austrian anons around that would like to share some traditional dishes that'd be awesome! Everything I ate there was outstanding. Picture related, motherfucking schnitzel was to die for.

Hello /ck/,

Seems I've been roped into cooking schnitzel for someone, never mind the specifics as to why, bottom line that I need to and that I've never done more than scramble eggs in my life.

So, I found this recipe http://www.food.com/recipe/chicken-schnitzel-100005 online and seems relatively easy to follow and is probably what I'm going to try.

Two reasons why I'm coming here, first, I just want to get /ck/s opinion the recipe. Second, I want to know if there is any common sense things I should know that would feel obvious anyone who's cooked before and would therefore be omitted from most online recipes. I guess basic tips or tricks for cooking that most experienced chef's wouldn't even think to include in the recipe?

Thanks /ck/
