I know there are anons here that actually work in the culinary industry. I love to cook and my dream is be the head chef at a restaurant. I have no idea where to start though. Is culinary school a good starting point? You see so many chefs out there that have backgrounds in other fields that got into cooking professionally through nepotism or luck and I don't seem to have either of those resources. All I know is that cooking is my passion and it's what I want to make my career. Any advice would be appreciated.
