The meat in his burgers was healthy, and he could eat all he wanted and not get sick at all, but everything else he stuffed down his throat, from the cardboard cheese, to the sodas, shakes, fries and white bread buns are terribly unhealthy.

Cokes are nothing but chemicals and HFCS, has nothing to do with McDonald's. Most of what he ate and made him sick, was technically vegan.
