One last picture: we managed to get the torso hide off fairly intact, but since neither of us had much prior experience the legs were a bit too fiddly to flay whole.

My buddy salted it and kept it for a while til it went mouldy.

A shame he didn't tan it properly and make it into a hat, the pelt was quite fine.
