I had CONSTANT food poisoning for 3 months straight when working in Uzbekistan. It was one of their hottest summers on record so while there's 55°C outside ""fridges"" are at 20°C inside. Their sanitary conditions are criminal (e.g. open shitter with piles of human feces on display, flies everywhere freely flying on food).

Drink beer? Food poisoning.
Eat soup? Food poisoning.
Try local Korean food? Food poisoning.
Try local Russian food? Food poisoning.
Try local Uzbek food? Food poisoning.

>okay, anon, then you shouldn't go to restaurants, go to shops and buy processed food, at least that won't give y-
WRONG. Items are regularly sold expired, because they don't give a shit about anyone. Bought expired bread, butter, ramen, snacks, whatever.

>just cook for yourself, anon
worked 12 hours a day, had no time

Lost 30+ kilos. Tried 3 different antibiotics with little success. Was constantly on antidiarrheals to try to keep food in.

After the first month working there local colleague qt3.14 looks at me and says
>wow, anon, see how healthy Uzbek food is? You already look slimmer.
