It's just a cute tradition /ck/ has adopted for a few years now. It's a lot of fun seeing everyone's pigs and creativity and some of the older mummified pigs. It's just made up, doesn't really have any cultural roots as far I can tell but it's certainly cultural to this board now.

I sent this image to my family and they are up for making lemon pigs on Christmas (I won't see them all on new year's) so I'll post the big lemon pig family later.
