I've been looking for this thread, I made my 2nd batch of cinnamon rolls, the first time I followed a video recipe and they had about half the spiral and they didn't become a single mass of cinnamon roll which I waned since my mother does them that way, they ended up very soft and fluffy but I need to see how they hold up after a few hours since I plan to sell them.
