why do all my dishes fucking taste like soap AHHHHHHHHH even if i rinse out the pan and wipe it dry before using it.

every single ducking time i cook something all i can taste is soap AHHHHHHHH AHHHHHHHHHH it smells fine with the heat on but as soon as i throw anything in a pan it automatically starts smelling and tasting like soap.

what are some healthy ways to season rice and vegetables?

i've used at least 3 rice cookers in my life now, each lasted for over a decade so you could imagine the upgrade leap after purchasing the third one and compared it to the first
now I just use a pot to blanch the rice and steam them, quicker, superior rice texture (at least for fried rice) :|

FIRE, a good job, smart investing, not overspending, etc, can help build a good foundation to build happiness, but they are not happiness itself. Think about what you want, truly, and if you can muster some semblance of an idea, try it out, work toward that. If you can't think of what makes you happy, that's okay too. It's a good thought to keep in your head and to keep checking in with. Life is far too short to push off happiness until some later date. You need to start working on that now, because if you wait, you'll only have less time to enjoy this life you have.

are microwaves actually bad? im one of those natural hippie ass all natural bros but i want to start using it more.

today i cooked my tea in the microwave and i realized its just so fucking easy to put a glass cup of water in a microwave for 30 seconds and drink it then to boil water, go back downstairs, put tea bag in, pour scolding hot steaming water in a glass, not be able to drink it, wait 30 minutes, finally drink it, pour a second glass, clean the pan, do it all tomorrow plus i heard they line pots and pans with sketchy shit like bpa and fucked up chemicals anyways

is it safe to drink microwaved water every day?
