I don't know what gave me the food poisoning. I had it narrowed down to two things:
1. midnight Taco Bell
2. convenience store pizza

>feel slight nausea for much of the week
>nausea gets stronger and stronger one night
>laying on couch trying not to puke
>sudden urge to puke
>grab waste basket from living room and try to make it to toilet, fill a gallon-sized trashcan halfway with vomit standing in the bathroom
>still want to puke but nothing left in stomach
>drink water, puke again
>constant diarrhea shits and nausea, can't eat anything, barely keeping water and Gatorade down
>fever, chills, weakness, classic food poisoning symptoms
>lasts for about four days before fever breaks
>still feel like shit for a week after
>lose job because didn't show up three days in a row, even with calling in

It was probably the Taco Bell since I didn't get really ill until after eating that, but I had been feeling pretty nauseous for a couple days after the pizza, so I really don't know. I had never been sick from that Taco Bell location and the regulars were working. Whatever.
