Just flipped the bird (lol). Basted and turned the vegetables and basted the bird a bit and put him back in for another 30 mins. Always love to see lots of fat render out. Will take temp after that then probably cook on high to finish him off and caramelize the skin.

The yellow is actually not leaves but broccoli flowers (broccoli florets are not blossomed). They are perfectly edible and even kind of sweet.
Underneath is a turnip.
I also have carrot (a poor yield because I'm still a newbie gardener), daikon radish, and potato.
