It depends on the season. Now that the weather is getting hotter in the northern hemisphere, I like the gin rickey. It's very crisp and cool. It's just gin mixed with lime juice, ice, and seltzer water, then garnished with lime slices. I add a bit of salt to the ice for a bit of extra flavour.
