Does anyone have any good recipes for the more uncommon meats? Recently started going to a butcher for ground meat so I could safely make medium burgers and the selection is fantastic.

But trying to look up recipes I'm not sure how to differentiate between the massive amount of crap recipes that places like allrecipes have flooded google with, especially since a lot of these meats I've only had a few times or not at all

I'm looking for recipes for things like alligator meat, rabbit, venison, wild boar, quail. Basically any kind of game animal or less common poultry.
