That fucking sucks, man.
It's my big fear that when I finally do drop a whole thing of something it will be something that took all damn day to make.
I won't be too upset about an omelette or something, but a cassoulet would break my heart.

When we were kids my mother, who never fucking cooked, make a beautiful cheesecake for my birthday. It was a completely uncharacteristic thing for her to do.
My brother was so eager to show it to the guests in the livingroom that he ran in there from the kitchen with it and dropped it on the carpet.
