I'm bewildered that something 'single barrel' can be so bad. But maybe it's because other places' single barrel they only use the good ones, but JD needs more volume so it uses good and bad? Is JD single barrel select a lottery game?

Drinking this tonight.

When I first got in to whisky, I tried this and thought it was great. Its not as good as I remember, probably because I've tried a lot of better whiskies since. But for the price, its fine.
