Probably the most autistic question that's ever been asked here. What do you eat for lunch? I need to stop eating fast food, I get lunch out nearly every day. I just don't know what to make at home. Someone help me stop this please. It makes me sick thinking about it.

If school lunches and parents only provide pizza, kraft mac n cheese and chicken nuggets for children, with very little veggies to provide various micronutrients thorought their life, could it result is mental damage by adulthood?
