I got a trick for yall shopping at Sam's Club

>Buy multiples of one item
>Go through self checkout
>Only scan 1 of said item
>Person at door just randomly scans a few items
>won't notice if you have 2 but only paid for 1 because eve if they scan it, it shows as good.

Worst case scenario you can say "oh shit lemme go back it must not of scanned"

I've never done more then 1 extra thing myself but I typically am not buying a large amount of stuff. I bet if you have a legit cart full of shit you can get away with more easily.
