Literally the best sandwhiches I ever had were at Schlotzskys in Minnesota. It was there for like 30 years. Covid came and it closed down.

I miss those sandwhiches and was thinking I could own and run one near my office building where I work. Tons of foot traffic from both the 10,000 employees at the local office buildings and the nearby residential zones.

Has anyone opened a franchise or restaurant before? Is there anything I should know?

It looks like about 850,000$ to get up and running.
