I would suggest starting with scrambled eggs. Here's a very good vid. (leave out the mushrooms if you're new to cooking).It will teach you about basic ingredients, heat application, serving. One step at a time. I sometimes add cream to mine or smoked salmon.

Don't let them go dry. Serve with toast.

Cooking beginner here,
I have recently achieved the look of scrambled eggs. But it is tasteless. I have been using milk and a tiny bit of butter. So I want to try if cream matters.
Problem is I don't know about cream at all.
There are things like whipping cream, whipped cream, full cream, sour cream, cream cheese and I don't know what are they are which one I need to buy?
