If I eat breakfast, it's usually something like this. 2 slices of bread I baked with good butter (I'm aware that the butter isn't soft), 2 poached pasture-raised eggs or 3 eggs scrambled in butter with just a splash of water so they steam nicely, 3 slices of Benton's bacon if I have it (I'm aware that this bacon is a little before fully fried and definitely not crispy).
