Sorry but they are the gourmet line (still made in solingen). I don’t really own any expensive knives. I spent most of my kitchen budget on cookware since I can sharpen a cheap knife just as well as an expensive one. The one knife I did bother to spend a little more money on was my kitchen workhorse knife the 6” wusthof legende chefs knife which has the more expensive forged blade found in the wusthof ikon series but with a cheaper handle.
